In the San Fernando Valley of Southern California there is always the sense of "There's Always A Party Going On". You don't first sense it when you move here but after a while you start hearing snatches of Pinetop's Boggie Woogie and your gait changes from an ordinary walk to a step with a bounce in it.
     Once that happens the Valley has accepted you and your days will be filled with upbeat Boogie Music and nothing can stop you as you work or play in Our Valley.
